I believe the parents of Simon Jean Bourg and Hélène Bourgault are speculation and should probably be removed unless we want to add a note stating that this connection is speculative. My preference would be to disconnect them.
I'm also not aware of parents for Antoine Bourg, who is listed as her brother.
The last I know from White is that they were unable to determine the parentage of Perrine Bourg and indirect evidence (no dispensations) determined that she was not the sister of Antoine Bourg.
So I'd disconnect both of them.
During the 1994 Acadian Congress, the Université de Moncton prepared genealogical documents on all the founding families of Acadia. In their research, it stated that the founding Bourg family was that of Antoine Bourg and Antoinette Landry who arrived in Acadia circa 1640. According to this research, Antoine was the son of Simon Bourg and Hélène Comptée. No other ancestry beyond Simon Bourg could be confirmed. The documentation also stated that Antoine's sister, Perrine, a widow, married Antoinette Landry's brother René Landry and also made her way to Acadia. Sources stated for this research were Stephen A. White and Placide Gaudet. I agree with Jeff...it may be a good idea to disconnect the parentage of Simon Bourg, but as far as I understand, Perrine's parentage is correct. U de M has a website with the documents I refer to: http://www.umoncton.ca/umcm-ceaac/node/35 (the site is publish both in French and English).
Thank you all for your insights. Mr. White previously verified that I descend from Perrine Bourg and her first husband Simon Pelletret and their daughter Jeanne Pelletret. I will reach out to him with regards to Helene Comptee and Simon Bourg.
For those people who are indicating they believe those are Perrine's parents...I'd like to know how you came to find that information. Where did their names come from? How would they even be discovered?
I've pasted below an older email before I started to inquire about Helene. I've altered the other person he references - (my living cousin) to protect her identity.

Here is your lineage verified by Stephen White:
As promised I verified Nansi Ross's maternal line yesterday. It is correct as submitted, and her results match those of K H (kit no. xxxxx), who shares the first five generations of the line. The only difference is that Ms. H descends from Marie-Josèphe dite Rosette Dugas's second husband, while Ms. Ross descends from her first.
XIII. Nansi Ross.
XII. ------ Pelrine.
XI. Jessie Catherine Ryan (b Canso 10 Sept. 1903 [b Sept. 1904, per the 1911 census, which is often a year off]; m [Rg civil N.S.] New Glasgow 14 Feb. 1925 age 21 John Pelrine).
X. Éliza Richard (b/bt Rg Port-Félix 27 Dec. 1874/4 Jan. 1875 age 8 days [b 25 Dec. 1875, per the 1901 census, b Dec. 1876, per the 1911 census]; m c 1897 John Ryan).
IX. Marine Richard (b c 1856 [age 15 in the 1871 census at Molasses Harbour]; m Rg Port-Félix 18 Jan. 1875 Édouard Richard). The marriage record names only the fathers of the bride and groom; the names of their mothers can nevertheless be obtained by reference to the 1871 census and other records.
VIII. Osite Pellerin (b c 1816; m Rg Guysborough 7 Jan. 1839 Honoré Richard). Osite died at Molasses Harbour on May 10, 1867, and her civil death record names both her husband and her parents (those who follow).
VII. Marie Boudrot (m c 1810 Bénoni Pellerin).
VI. Anne Boudrot (b c 1755; m c 1776 Jean Boudrot).
As mentioned above, the following five generations are shared by Ms. Ross and Ms. H.
V. Marie-Josèphe dite Rosette Dugas (b Petit-St-Pierre c 1733 [age 19 in LaRoque's census in 1752]; m 1 Port-Toulouse c 1751 Pierre Boudrot; m 2 c 1761 Louis Petitpas).
IV. Marguerite Dugas (b/bt Rg Port-Royal 4 July 1709; m Port-Toulouse c 1725 Joseph Dugas dit le jeune).
III. Madeleine Martin (b c 1674; m c 1695 François Coste).
II. Jeanne Pelletret (b c 1643; m 1 c 1666 Barnabé Martin; m 2 c 1687 Jacques LeVanier dit Langevin).
I. Perrine Bourg (b c 1626; m 1 c 1640 Simon Pelletret; m 2 c 1645 René Landry l'aîné).
Given the foregoing, you may of course move Ms. Ross's entry in the Mothers of Acadia Project to a place under Perrine's name when you find it convenient to do so.
