Iva, take a closer look in your own profile, Immediate Family, and click the edit link, and you will observe that hiding Dad 1 is a personal choice you have done yourself.

As a curator I would never "fix" this on a user profile unless asked directly, simply because there might be some personal reason to hide the person from his/hers immediate family.

In any case I would, linke now tell them to fix it them self, just to know the mechanism.

My problem is one of the cosmetic kind. In my family tree there are two sisters whose great-grandchildren married. Unfortunately Geni is now graohically displaying them twice in the tree. Is there any way to fix this or can this not be done in Geni?

Well, how would you graphically show such a connection?
When a person, is present in two or more locations in the displayed three you cannot drop displaying him/her at one of the locations, making a mysterious whole in the tree, and which location would be correct to show? Drawing a line across the tree would also be difficult and ugly.

I think current method with an (x2) in the bottom (which you can click to shift between the locations) is the best way to graphically display the situation.

IF it is annoying you can reduce the number of displayed generations (and make it easier to maintain the tree) in the display options that pops up at the bottom of the tree view.

When I try to add my granddaughter to my tree the blue form comes up and I fill it out but when I try to save it nothing happens. I can delete or add info to the form but it won't save and it won't close. The only way I can get it to close is to refresh the page.. Does Geni have a problem with me, or what?

Abbie, - if using Google Chrome there is a pending update that, at leas for me, blocked flash tree functionality. Click in the ⋮ symbol at the upper right, and select Help, About Google Chrome to initiate the update.

Fischer gives her different parents. It would be a good idea to change them. Here is her profile on Fischer:
