James Blair) & Mary Keene (d. of Capt. Newton Keene) (https://www.jstor.org/stable/1923243?seq=3#metadata_info_tab_contents).

Please let me know if I'm barking up the wrong tree.

It is NOT possible for Sarah Washington Fitzhugh to be the daughter of Maj. Burdett Ashton and Anne Ashton. Burdett & Ann were married in 1768; Sarah was born in 1766.

Yes, Burdett & Ann had a daughter, Sarah, born in 1769.

John ‘the Mariner’ Kent has somehow become the brother of John Kent, of Dedham & Charlestown.

I cannot find the specific merge that created this. Unless it was one of the merges in 2016 before the various John Kents were given "of Town Name" to help keep them straight.

Actually I was just working in this area so I’m clear on it; John Kent, of Dedham & Charlestown is parents unknown. I locked relationships so he won’t get mixed up again.
