Priscilla Pope has three same named husbands after merges but two of them have different fathers so I will stop and ask for help--- Wikitree has a couple of sources. Help?
Please see:

Karl David Wright - I have not yet found the bad merge. I'm back to https://www.geni.com/merge/view?revision_id=73372644110.
Dan Cornett - Do you have time to look through the revisions before this merge? (It is obvious from the material posted in the "Overview" that there were two men named John Warner. One in Hadley, Massachusetts; the other near Hartford, Connecticut. There are two different FaG memorial numbers.)
I can come back later today.

Merged and disconnected.
Please check my work?

1/16 Powhatan Lucy West appears to be a duplicate of Lucy Parker with generational problems likely due to Gedcom errors.
Please help?
Is in the tree of a DNA match to me at Ancestry and I came to Geni to add/connect the line and see it is already here but with problems.
My DNA match goes around mom's mom's Huddleston so makes sense we can "FIX" her, I think!
But the "1/16 Powhattan" is intimidating for me.
Thank you.
My DNA match is quite substantial with 27 cM across 2 segments to me and 19/1 with my sister.
Help?

I did one unmerge, which left an isolated profile.
I then added wife & children from FindAGrave ... and that proved to show a match to the existing MP John Warner, of Farmington. So I deleted that newly-created fragment.

Dan Cornett - Thanks.

Elder Miles Stephen West no longer Geni married to Lucy Parker 1794
I did what clean up I could but wow so many duplicates especially the children and no sources.

The name on this one is interesting
1/16 Powhatan Lucy West

Yes, Private User I removed the “title” from a profile as it is NIT a. Active American line but a Huguenot line and had been applied to bother father and mother
I am offline now but checking in
Thank you for any assistance

*NOT
not NIT
tapping with cold thumbs on my iPhone

Major autocorrect fail lol
Glad you know what I meant! Basically someone is saying ot is a Powhatan line but they had applied the title to white mother and the father as well and then adjusted the blood quantum for the daughter. I can’t trace the line right now but have left them better than I found them. And we now know “blood quantum” is er um I don’t know the correct word

Erica Howton. Source shows a possible father, John for Bernard Capen

(The source is the Dorcheser Beacon, I just attached from Old News). I started to add John Capen, and then remembered the dates involved,so I deleted him.)

I'm not seeing John as father of Bernard at https://www.oldnews.com/en/record?record_id=record-12013-1015429089...? (1936) It looks like it's citing Cutter, who is not reliable. But if you see and are clear that you understand it, you can always make one or two "standalone profiles" from "Create a branch" and then hyperlink to Bernard through the "about." That's a place to hang research notes and work it out. If it's 1936 it may well have been debunked since then: The Great Migration Project is the gold standard for New England. Or add a document directly to Bernard's profile as a research note.

Thank you for the additional information!

I will leave this specific example alone for now, if Cutter is unreliable, just wanted to call your attention. Thanks again, it helps to better understand the "standalone" process.

Not sure where else to put this as it is English, but impacts Colonial tree. Rev John James has two wives showing as Alice James and Alice James The new profile was made yesterday. Can someone review and assist? I hate to act on these old ones.

These 2 were showing with the same parents

slightly different dates - different wives. If merged he will be having children with both women at the same time

Samuel Bennett Johnson
Samuel Bennett Johnson

Orlando Hayes has 2 wives Eliza Hayes and Nancy Hayes

Both are listed as the mother of his son Lewis Eugene Hayes

Samuel Abbott has 2 wives Elizabeth Abbott and Mary Ann Abbott

Both are listed as the mothers of 2 of his children
William Young Abbott
Charlotte Hayes

Cpt. James Adams has children with the same name alive at the same time

Jonathan Adams 1762-1845
Jonathan Adams 1770-1851

John Adams 1772-1855
John Adams 1776-1851

Jacob Black Adams has 2 wives Catherine Adams and Catherine Adams

both are listed as the mother of children
James Adams
Joseph Adams

Also for Jacob Black Adams

His children are interspersed with being born in West Virginia and Pennsylvania

Children born after he died

NOTE: someone had added maiden names of mothers and wives into the middle name of some of the profiles - I have tried to remove them all

Berilla Jacobs has 2 husbands and both are listed as the father of her children

Nathan Jacobs, Jr. 1798-1887
William H Jacobs 1798-1871

Abraham Adams has 2 fathers

John F Adams, I, of New England 1773-1762
John F Adams, I, of New England 1720-1764

John F Adams, I, of New England has 2 fathers + 3 mothers

There appears to be an active gedcom running

Nancy Adamson children seem a little suspect.
She has 17 children born over a 37 year period (between 1747 and 1784) and 5 of her children have no information and 5 were born before she married.

John Lenvell Myers, Sr. is having children to multiple women at the same time (and his wives have similar names)

His wives

Susanne Floyd - thanks, I took care of it. I very much am interested in near ancestors to the English & Scots colonists of the 1600s.

Private User - I've fallen behind and will focus on before 1776 to catch up. But we'll get there! All welcome to help.

No rush - If I don't note them when I see them then I forget all about them.

There will probably be lots more - I am currently working thru 100K of inherited profiles that have potential duplicates and these pesky little issues keep showing up.

Thanks, Erica Howton. I remember that you told me that if it was near colonial tree, it could land on this thread.
