The MP flag is set on those 3 profiles because it's not clear what to do with them yet, and merging looks to create more inconsistencies. (I suppose one approach would be to delete all the birth & death info, and then let record matches bring back in better info ... with the 'hazard' of that is that other places have copied this info and would just bring back the same values.)
