Issue 1: "Indre" is one of over 80 "départment" designations in France. They don't roll into governance or existence until the French Revolution is underway. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Departments_of_France#History '''départments of France.

Issue 2. Cotes du, Nord --> Côtes-du-Nord. Nevertheless, Côtes-du-Nord too was one of the original 83 départments of France created on 4 March 1790 following the French Revolution
