Cynthia Curtis, A183502, US7875087 Not ready to do that just yet. I have added some documentation to the profile
The F-A-G citing this is not a real since its marked "Burial Details Unknown"
Not sure where the (FitzAllen Wilson) is coming from I don't want to remove it until we know for sure.
Cynthia Curtis, A183502, US7875087 Linda Zimmerman I found a site with Rebecca Amanda FitzAllens Wilson. The guy has a home page with contact info and seems to be selling genealogy books, so maybe he knows where it came from.
https://michalfarmer.com/hardeman/page128.html
It is also on the FamilySearch profile
https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/details/KLVW-2M7
What is weird, though, about her Geni family group is her husband William Polk Hardeman is locked with a Display Name for some reason as William P. Hardeman. Maybe whoever initially locked them didn't understand how the Display Name field is supposed to work and be kept blank for most profiles.
https://michalfarmer.com/hardeman/page128.html cited his data.
Bailey Hardeman … married 20 June 1820, Williamson County, Tennessee, to Rebecca Amanda FitzAllens Wilson,634
634. 634 Whitley, Williamson County, Tennessee, Marriages 1804-1850, p. 80. Bailey Hardeman to Rebecca A. F. Wilson, 20 June 1820. Bondsmen: Thomas Hardeman and Jn. P. McCutchan.
So it’s looking like “A.F.” Is a middle name of “Amanda FitzAllens” and FitzAllens is not a previous married name.
Here’s the image file for the marriage:

Here is another in that family group that should have the Display Name blank, as he is most often referred to by Thomas Jones Hardeman. Not Thomas J. Hardeman.
https://michalfarmer.com/hardeman/page112.html
sorry, forgot the profile
Capt. Thomas Jones Hardeman
All the Display name fields should be left blank. It really messes up people's Display Name Conventions when they are filled weird ways.
and this one is locked with her middle husband's name for some unknown reason.
Susannah (Pryor) (Marr) Hardeman
Really great, Dean Richard Hobart! Thanks, Erica Howton
Let me catch up-- I came to the profile because I was working on my Wilson line and this Rebecca Wilson was attached as daughter of Samuel W. Wilson and Martha M Wilson but I don't think they are the same person.
And now following the FS link, I see her there as daughter of Samuel Wilson 1762 and Martha Davis 1770. I can add them if they are correct.
Lastly, I did not see when the source for his "only married twice" was written-- the ones that note his wife Rebecca and wife Sarah mention their death dates but he is attached as husband on a third wife. I disconnected her and cannot undo it so will need a curator still for her: Mary Elizabeth Hardeman
This is the Discussion I started hoping for some help and ended up going to the Curator Help Discussion: https://www.geni.com/discussions/257829?msg=1600655
And here's the link for the Rebecca marriage to William: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:33S7-9P3T-VT9?i=22&...
(the above is for Rebecca and Bailey)
Brigadier General William Polk Hardeman was a Texas Ranger (name still needs fixed)-- can someone add him to the project? I see it now :)
Brig. Gen. William Polk “Gotch” Hardeman, (CSA)

For those Hardeman people, I suggest you contact Michal Marmer, I see this note starting the Hardeman line.
>>>Introduction - Many errors of fact have been published about John Hardeman and his descendants. These errors have been widely accepted and are included in numerous databases on the internet. The errors are also included in the Handbook of Texas and in biographies attached to on-line entries for the tombstones in the Texas State Cemetery in Austin.<<<

These look correct, Dean: https://www.geni.com/path/John-Hardeman+is+related+to+Mary-Hardeman...
Please continue the discussion at https://www.geni.com/discussions/257829?msg=1600655 since the concerns are still outstanding for the third wife and name display for him as well as finding the burial places for the three wives
My Grandfather Alfred Edward Noreen Passed Away on December 2, 2022, Due to Complications from a Stroke and Covid. I am unable to edit my Grandfathers profile because he was an active member of the Geni Community. Can a Curator assist in helping me change my Grandfathers profile?
Thank you.
to Nicholas Craig Noreen
as curator i cant modify the profil even with support.
I signal him as deceased.
@Tytti Laiho I requested a merge of your father-in-law with its duplicate profile. For the merge to occur, you need to approve it and the person who created the duplicate profile should also approve it.
You might be able to edit your brother's profile to remove the "wrong mother". To do so:

I'm afraid the "Remove relationship" is a PRO-only feature - I had such difficulty once.
1. Complete the merge of Timo (he should approve it as well)
2. In the tree view, use "Move profile" to drag Tuija onto the empty mother.

Someone made a very bad merge, it needs to be undone, please assist.
