Abraham Hanks 1743-1790 Campbell co. Virginia and Sarah Harper {daughter of George Harper and Elizabeth Shipley} 1733-1759 campbell co. virginia had the following children: Abraham jr., Luke, William, George, Fielding, NANCY, John, Sarah, and Polly. One other possibility is Joseph Hanks and Nancy Shipley {same familyas Elizabeth Shipley] Joesph Hanks is the son of John Hanks 1709 andSarah Evans. Abraham was named after an Abraham also, so that looks alot closer to Abraham and Sarah Hanks above.
