2. John2 Turley (John??1) birth date unknown. John died 1756 in Fairfax Co., VA. Will written 6 Oct 1756, proved 16 Nov 1756, Farifax Will Book B. Names wife Jane, son Sampson & wife Martha. Jane, Henrietta, John & Giles, children of Sampson & Martha. Executrix: Martha Turley, dau-in-law. Witnesses: Wm. Veale, Paul Turley, Peter Turley.
He married Jane (Unknown) Turley. Jane died ca 1768 in Fairfax Co., VA. Jane's will, written 8 Sep 1768, proved 15 May 1769 (Farifax Will Book C), names Martha Turley, dau-in-law and wife of Sampson, Henrietta, Giles, Matha, Ann, Sampson, Elizabeth & Susannah Turley, grandchildren. John Tillet, friend; Eliz. Connell & John Turley, grandson. Exrs: Alex'dr Henderson & John Tillet 1759 - Jane Turley, mother of Sampson Turley, gave Elizabeth Connell 20 shillings current money in her will. "Elizabeth had gone to North Carolina and therefore cound not be got to her hands" Fairfax Co., VA Will Book C, 1767/1776 (from Billie) (etat@bga.com)

1716 - John West, in his will of 1716, calls her "daughter-in-law", according to Van, meaning stepdaughter. "Item: I give and bequeath unto my Daughter in Law Ann Turley 300 acres of land being the plantation where Edward Carter lived to her and the heirs of her body lawfully begotten & in default of such heirs to my son John West him and his heirs or assigns for ever." "Item: I give and bequeath to the afore said Ann Turley 3,000 lb [tobacco] at the day of her marriage or at the age of sixteen."
She married twice. She married Giles Vandecasteel Tillett in Stafford Co., VA, ca 1720. Giles was the son of John Tillett and Mary Bourne. Giles died ca 1735 in Prince William Co., VA.
3. Elizabeth Turley (John??1) birth date unknown. Elizabeth died bef 1744. She married Thomas Simmons. Thomas died 1744. Elizabeth Turley and Thomas Simmons had the following child:
