All that one equal half, part, or share, of Phoenix Wells, of Gerringong, under, or by virtue of the will of the late Nathaniel Laight Stanger Leathes, deceased, on the death of Harriet S., formerly Harriett Leathes; in the residuary real and personal... and effects of the said Nathan Laight Stanger Leathes, deceased, and the proceeds thereof, or of and in the conversion thereof, and of and in the stocks, funds, and securities, in, or upon, or of which the same may be represented, or consist, or by which the same may be represented, howsoever the same respectively may be invested, circumstanced, secured, or described, and the income.and accumulations thereof, respectively, and all the right, title, interest, property, claim, and demand, whatsoever, at law and in equity, of the said Phoenix Wells, of, in, to, out of, or upon the said part or share, monies, stocks, funds, securities, property, estate, effects, and pre- mises respectively.
