(1) JOAN, born at Caerphilly Castle (her father being under age), and baptized there, 24 November 1291. Richard's Castle was included in her pourparty.

She married, 1stly, by 12 August 1305, Thomas de Bykenore. He died s.p., circa 1316.

She married, 2ndly, Richard Talbot, [younger brother of Gilbert, 1st Lord Talbot] in her right, of Richard's Castle. She died before 12 January 1344.
