He married (1) JEAN JANE FRAME August 15, 1744 in Kent County, Delaware, daughter of ROBERT FRAME and ISOBEL CAMPBELL. She was born July 26, 1726 in Sussex County, Delaware, and died March 07, 1768 in Kent County, Delaware. He married (2) NANCY ANN HUDSON December 27, 1770 in Kent County, Delaware, Farmington.

William Fleming servid in the Revolutionary War; he enlisted August 4, 1777, in John Patton's Company of the Delaware regiment commanded by Col. David Hall" from The William Fleming book" He was in the hospital from October 1777 until March 1778. On April 1, 1778, he entered Captain Morre's Company was with it until May 1779. Delaware Archives has all of his records of service.

Erica Howton, I just wanted to confirm that this William's parents are unconfirmed? Nothing is mentioned in his bio, but many trees, including MH trees, show him to be the son of Malcolm Fleming and Jean King.
I noticed there is a relationship lock, just not sure if it's on for the parents.
I would need to see real records. Tree is never good enough for making the leap across the ocean, and everything I’ve seen so far is the usual for the Scotch-Irish - “brothers came from Scotland ...”
There are good records from Scotland in the 1690s and that’s a very specific birth date, which makes me nervous that it’s supported as the emigrant.
