As pointed out to me by Moishe Miller - researcher of LANGSAM family at www.langsam.com, her husband Rabbi Yehudah HaLevi Mintz (c. 1405-1508) couldn't be that much older than her father Rabbi Nussen Nuta II Ashkenazi Spira, [of Horodna, "Mavoh Shearim"] (1525-1577).

Is is possible instead that he married the daughter of Nathan Neta I ben Peretz Spira, [of Posen] the grandfather of Natan Nata II Spira of Grodno Baal Imrei Shefer ( אמרי שפר ) Posen - Nuta Spira ?
