Todd, the original purpose of the project was to (1) find out when and why the name split between Musgrave and Musgrove and (2) just to follow them through history because they were an interesting family. My family descends from the "A" family and fellow Curator Erica Howton descends from the "O" family.
Feel free to add the profiles yourself. It shows up on our home pages if a profile is added. If one of the Curators involved has a question about why you added someone, we will contact you. Fair enough?
Stirnet (a subscription service) has six charts covering portions of the Musgrave family:

Well you can get a glimpse before the Sitrnet "pay wall" kicks in. :)
I'm an American Musgrove descendant, and I'm pretty sure my line comes from a Cuthbert Musgrove who bleeds off the edge of a Visitation; details in the profile of Cuthbert "the Mariner" Musgrove.
There's a north England "border" territory called Musgrove on old maps - facing the Armstrongs on the Scots side. Now in theory Armstrongs were the reivers and Musgroves the march wardens. In practice? hmmm ... :)
Charles Todd Ritola, if your line comes from a Cuthbert Musgrove, that Cuthbert probably descends from the first recorded Cuthbert Musgrave, a son of William (d. March 10, 1487) by his first wife Felys/Felice Filliol - glimpse here before Stirnet's "pay wall" kicks in: http://www.stirnet.com/genie/data/british/zwrk/musgrave5.php#con1

I appear to be a 15th great grandson of Margaret Sandford neé Musgrave:

I also appear to be a 26th great grandson of "Filia" de Musgrave:

I wonder if "Filia's" father Ralph De Musgrave is a son of Margaret's paternal ancestor Robert de Musgrave...I think it's safe to presume that they're related.
Reminding myself to
- go take a look at the surname pages
- make sure the Mitford / Musgrave family compiled here is properly sorted on the tree. There was a little snarl I think I detangled correctly but really needs a check, and I hadn't yet made it to this family:
