I have not found any record proving who his parents are, and Robert Smith is my 8 great grandfather, I have researched his records on Ancestry, no Nehemia there either. This is not the first incorrect entry I have found on Geni, it just makes me sad.

Kathy Levario there seems no citation for parents of Nehemiah Smith.

I disconnected him from Robert Smith, Sr., of Kirton in Lincolnshire & Margaret Smith & made "unknown parent" Master Profiles that cannot be merged instead.

If Robert was born in 1595 (I have also seen 1599) he certainly is not the father of Nehemiah Smith who was born in 1605. They had children earlier, but not at age 10.

Samuel Smith, II have found another source that Lists Anthony's death as 1578 which if true clears up this matter.
