I see what happened -- we were editing the index at the same time and I overrode your Deborah Lynn (Debbie) Loeb addition. Sorry! Fixed now. :)
No problem!
Here's the Wiki article for https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leah_Andreone
(I don't know all of these women so very glad to learn about them).
But can I just say? I got Joan Osborne in THREE go NYC Holmes Brothers connections!
I'm really hoping this project takes off. This was such a groundbreaking tour that was absolutely pilloried by male critics, but it's gone down in history as a big deal. I was in my teens when this happened and it was so inspiring, especially as an emerging feminist. These artists went into constant rotation for me thasnks to Napster. :)
I got tired of so many huge names -- Sarah McLachlan, Sheryl Crow, Fiona Apple, Tori Amos, on and on -- not having a Geni presence, so I hope this helps resolve some of that.
Nope, I added Fiona Apple and Tori Amos to the tree a couple weeks ago. I had to hunt around for Shawn Colvin. Finally built Sheryl Crow yesterday after being frustrated for the millionth time. Hoping a Canadian can get Sarah McLachlan done.
We're lacking, like, *stunning* people. (Pat freaking Benatar!)
I think I'm going to resolve to work on only women's profiles in November. When we've got elaborate profiles for every minor lieutenant governor from the 1800s but no one's thought to do Sinéad O'Connor yet, something's not right
Roger Jacobs, nope -- all yours if you'd like! I'll add them to the overview. I didn't do every singke band's members yet.
