Hi. My Ancestor, John Wilkinson married a Mary Walker at Middletown Monthly meeting. I have viewed the marriage minutes and noticed that her parents were not present. I am trying to find her origins, to no avail. If anyone has any information that would help my search, I would be most appreciative. Did she come from another meeting? Did she come off of the boat from England. The record is blank.

Jennifer
You don't have a John Wilkinson or Mary Walker in your tree. Also you have nothing but names. Please read and follow this

There is already an extensive tree for this couple on geni. Her parents are listed as George and Agnes. You should merge your tree with the existing one and add the marriage document to Documents under Media.

I mean the John Wilkinson and Mary Walker married in 1690. Mary Wilkinson Huddleston was born in 1712 and her maiden name is Wilkinson. I am looking for the origins of Mary Walker MARRIED to John Wilkinson in 1690.

I have not yet entered all of my family history into geni. I have the most extensive family tree on Ancestry.com. But Wilkinson is on my maternal line.

Meeting minutes from 1690 note the marriage and witnesses. They list John Wilkinson and Mary Walker as from Bucks County. Historical documents and texts on the history of Bucks County list John Wilkinson as buying land in 1713, though the marriage of a John Wilkinson was documented in 1690. I search a variety of sources for documentation to confirm family relationships. Thank you.

Hi Jennifer Nuss ,

I am the person who started the Middletown Mtg. project. I'll be interested to see your tree merged.
Let me know if I can be of any help.

AS an aside: My own family's association with Middletown MM carried on into the 19th century in my <WILDMAN> line
