hi cousins, I heard all the presidents are from the same connections. Personally, I have traced 16 ancestors back to Charlemagne so far, and am at least a 1st cousin to new king, 12 times removed, and that is just one geni connection. when you have sooo many tracing back to these kings, (all on my maternal side, both her parents anyway), it is hard to figure it all out. I have found connections all the way back to many Kings and Queens, Empress and Emperors, and, on the Irish side, as far back as Magog, -2700BC?, and through 4 different lines at least to Abraham, one tribe of Joseph, one tribe of Benjamin, 2 lines through Sir Thomas Iden to Ishmael that come out 24 generations shorter than the Hebrew lines, so that connection is questionable. I even found one line to a King who had no issue, so that line is wrong too.
so you have to trace each line individually back to see if it is right or not.
For instance, it gives you the number of great great grandfather that is in the line you trace, and even then it sometimes changes it to a great uncle too when you aren't looking. Take all with a "grain of sea salt". I say, and read what people have posted about each person, because I have found a lot of duplicate profiles that don't show up except in search mode.
