Duplicate of Johny Appleseed - or possibly his half brother,
But as there is no birth/death/burial/marriage information and no offspring, best option is simply to delete.
Action has to be taken by profile manager or a curator.

I merged him into his brother. Thanks for suggesting the cleanup.
