In 1792 census there is Israel Löb Frankl, Geldnegotiant
In 1794 census there is Löb Israel Frankl, Grosshändler, Wechsel und Geldnegotiant.

The Familiant lists 1772 as the marriage permission date for Leopold Israel. So I am guessing that's the one.
