William J Sullivan, III - People who you show are deceased.

Almost everyone you show as deceased in the William Floyd and Enzie Sullivan tree are still very much alive. I just saw them at Christmas!! And some that you do not show as deceased are in fact deceased. Not sure where you got your information.

The user who entered those profiles has not been on Geni in about 6 years. If you will send me the names of the living I will cause them to be alive on Geni.

Geni defaults to deceased when adding a profile. Unless I have the death date I do not change it at time of adding. I may add hundreds in a days time, I work on my tree continually. If or when I find the info or get it from someone I will gladly correct it at that time. If you will give me that info I will make the corrections.

Okay. It may take me a few days to get back to you. It seems logical to me that Geni would make their default "Living", not "Deceased". As Mark Twain said, "The reports of my death are greatly exaggerated".

Yes, but we are not in the times of Mark Twain. I'm sure it has more to do with privacy then anything else.
