I am Dorcas Mundy’s granddaughter.
Hannah Mundy, my great grandmother, was baptised as Hannah Barnes, with parents of Richard and MaryAnn Barnes.
DNA has proved Hannah to be the youngest child of Elizabeth Reardon nee
Nash.
Bartholomew Reardon was Elizabeth’s husband who was in prison at the time of Hannah’s birth.
My family had always known Hannah as Hannah Reardon.

She was the biological daughter of Elizabeth - not formally adopted by the Barnes, but brought up by them and they are named as the parents on the baptism record.
