This man is Charllus mac Ailill, or ui Ailill. Both mac and ui signify "son of" Ailill.

His father is Ailill ui Aeda Odba, ui signifying "son of" Aeda Odba.

I believe Obda should be spelled Odba instead.

Correction, ui doesn't mean son of exactly, but more in the line of.
