No silly! lol It speaks to the fact that they have separated this couple due to the fact that ONE is an HISTORICAL figure and the other is the legal legitimate undisputed spouse

Mary Elizabeth Davis is my 10th cousin's 3rd great grandmother. So Davis line connects to White family where I have 101 markers no variation match on Y chromsome. Elizabeth Davis father is called John Rice Hughes not Hooe. His name in Wales is Perrot ap Rice 1598 on the run from Oliver Cromwell's army as he stole cargo meant for Cromwells Army and spent the time after hiding on the James River Va. He brought his Son Thoams Price or ap Rice of Liether over in 1652 just before his father died in Virginia to help in the trade and then sold everything their ship included to the Hooe family who bought the rights to trade in 1654. Necektie was Elizabeth's Mother my father told me about this story in 1978 before the personal computer was invented. Now we have DNA to track these connections down...Sarah White Breyman married my3rd great grandfather Edward Rice of Pomfret Con after Breyman died. USED the nick name Cherity to honor her baby sister who died in infancy according to my father in 1978. It was a common law marriage and they settled in Dutchess Co. NEW YORK. D.C. Rice 7th great grandson of Perrot ap Rice 1598 and 25/25 match to Robert Hughes the Quaker son of Perrot ap Rice. Virgina on the James River. See Ship Star passenger Thomas Price brought to Virginia 1652 and met by RICE HUGHES of the James River. He married into Native American families Pughe and ADKINS after Old granpa PERRATT II died about 1653. DCR
