This is not so simple.
I added this to her profile from her father’s notes:
Capt William GRAY and Elizabeth JARRETT had the following children:
28 x. Lydia GRAY was born about 1681 in VA.
If the profile of Samuel Judkins, of Medfield u is correct, she was born after her husband died.
Additionally two different Samuel Judkins have been mixed together.

PS Lydia Pittman parents are controversial. It “looks” like she’s most likely from Thomas Gray, Ancient Planter
Evidence needed to support Thomas Gray, Ancient Planter as son of Sir Edward Grey of Morpeth and Howick & Catherine Gray

Dorman in Adventurers of Purse and Person lists the following children born between 1618-1650 for ancient planter Thomas Gray who had at least 4 wives:
Jone/Jane
William - died young
Thomas
Rebecca
Francis
Another William
John
No Lydia
Thomas married his first wife, Annis Valentine in London in 1611. She died before the 1623/4 muster.
Will of Samuel Judkins 1672 names wife Lydia, no apparent marriage record or maiden name. Transcript at https://archive.org/details/1672samueljudkin00gran/page/n25
Lydia submitted her husband’s will for probate in May, made Thomas Pittman sign a prenup and married him about Sept. 10, 1672. Lydia was dead by March, 1678
There looks to be a possible line of descent here
“John Gray and his wife Mary (d.c. 1683) had one daughter, name unknown who (probably) married William Dennis of North Carolina. In 1683, William Dennis deeded 800 acres that were originally patented by Thomas Gray, Ancient Planter, to William Gray, Thomas Gray's great-grandson.”
This also suggests that there would be Thomas Gray land in Lydia’s line (?)
In looking at the Wikitree profile for Lydia, they perhaps are mixing up William Gray with his same name younger brother Capt. William Gray, of James City
https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Gray-1643
“Lydia Grey/Gray was most likely born after 1640 (interpolation). She was the daughter of William Gray (1622-1714, Surry County, VA), who married her mother Mary? Margaret? after 1640. They had 4 children, Lydia, Gilbert (1640-1710), John (1650-1708) and Thomas (1652-1717).”
Is there any evidence supporting issue of the older William?
I don’t think so. Dorman says he was alive in 1635 but apparently died young [i’m assuming this is because he’s not named in any other land records or wills as the other sons and daughters are]. The second William wasn’t born until 1648 or so, wife Elizabeth Jarrett. Had a daughter named Lydia who died between 1708 (named in brother’s will) and 1718 (not named in father’s will.
Cynthia - i don't know if this will help but i found mention of a Lydia Gray in a Sarah Gray 1837 will for Fayette co GA. i don't know if this will be your Lydia but thought i would share.
