Elizabeth Hensley - Horton - Brumby, [Convict "Indispensible" 1796]
is showing on Geni as

the wife of
* NN Hainsley
* David Horton, Convict "William and Ann" 1791
* James Brumby [Marine "Brittania" 1791]

the mother of
* 1798 Australia Elizabeth Horton
* 1803 Australia Isabella Horton
* 1805 England John Brumby, (died 1825)
* 1808 William Brumby
* 1814 James Brumby
* 1816 Mary Brumby

There are notes that the 1st wife of David HALTON died in 1805 and is buried at St Johns Parramatta as Elizabeth HOOTON.

http://gearyfamily.freeservers.com/Brumby.htm contains notes that Elizabeth ANNESLEY was a widow when she married James BRUMBY however David HALTON was still alive

Can anyone add any information on this family?

https://australianroyalty.net.au/individual.php?pid=I1060&ged=p... covers a lot, and appears mostly consistent with what is on Geni.

I note Elizabeth was apparently the widow of NN Hainsley/Hensley/Annesley/Ainslie when she arrived in Australia, and still so when she wed James Brumby (in 1811 or 1804?).

It seems most likely she died on 12.3.1846 in Longford, Tasmania.
