The parents of Anne Bryant (wife of Unknown Redmond and Richard Bryant) are completely unknown as is her maiden name. Henry Meese did not arrive in Virginia until about 1600-1661 and had NO wife or children in America; his daughter Ann never left England. There are no known children of Wahanganoche.

The parents of Richard Bryant, husband of Anne, are also unknown.

That is not what the Grigby court case has, showing the adjudicated grandmother of the petition stated as the grandmother Anne Meese and her husband Henry Meese. You are not aware of this, I suppose.

Has anyone ever stopped to consider that there was MORE than ONE Henry Meese????

Ann Bryant should not be confused the Ann Pert who has nothing to do with this family. This Ann Bryant mentioned in the will of her husband has parents who have been known since they ever were her parents by the Patawomeck Tribe.

We did consider that the Henry Meese who never left England is a different Henry Meese and we covered that in the About section.

So... is there no confirmation as to who her parents were? She is my 12th Great Grandmother.
