This is somewhat confusing as he was born in Normandy, allegedly died in Bedrord and buried in North Yorkshire. The connection with Yorkshire is bizarre. I think this Hugh is confused with another de Beauchamp family from Worcester.

Yep. The Normandy and the Bedfordshire make sense; the Yorkshire burial does not. And it’s wierd—nobody put it in, and it didn’t come in on a merge. It just shows up in the revisions list. I took it out.
