Edward Greg Franz posed this to the managers of profile
My research into Thomas is that he died at sea in the English Channel on 07/31/1653 and was buried in Aideburgh Bay Suffolk England. If this is correct would you please update
Sincerely,
Edward Greg Franz

Hello Keri:
The sources I used were (1) Family Search part of the Mormon Church, (2) This led me to "Find A Grave" #73089718, which lists a Grave in Charleston Massachusetts, but says he probably died in the service of England while fighting with a Dutch ship in the English Channel, (3) WikiTree, Under Death, Burial, Will, and Inventory. It says that he was burned alive and his budy was brought back to England and buried in Aldeburgh Bay, Suffolks Coastal, Suffolks England. With all this background I beleive this to be his true resting place.
Please let me know your findings
Greg

My source was "One Branch of the Booth Family" page 47. Their source seems to be: Notes on the Ancestry and Connections of Rear Admiral Thomas Graves of Charlestown, by Eben Putnam, pp. 3, 8.
That's all I have. He was my 8th GGfather on my mother's side.
