Patrick Campbell B1685 in Londonderry, Ireland, in my tree, is the son of John Campbell.

Patrick emigrated USA he arrived in Pennsylvania in 1740, his Spouse was Elizabeth (Nee ??) Campbell (When & where not known)

Patrick died on the 17 March 1767 in Augusta USA.

Patrick is a Maternal ancestor of mine by connection the family name of JOY, a family stretching back into the 1500's.

No, it does not, sorry. The Cambepll Project at FTDNA has multiple kits from this man and Haplogroup "I" (eye) is not a match. The bulk of clan Campbell, including the chiefly line of Lochow/Lochawe are all haplogroup "R".
