Elizabeth Lanier (Hicks) - Need a curator please and thank you

I am very confused. Please write the names of the parents and husband in the “about” of Elizabeth Lanier. There’s nothing in this profile to guide me.

(I added a list of children - copy paste from her husband’s profile).

I don’t know anything about parents one way or another. Write into the profile “about” what you know, at the top.

I cannot discover the correct parents but have been cleaning up/disconnecting others that have been victims of the confusion of the two Roberts, husband of Winnifred vs husband of Frances Lutens...
In trying to remove her from bad parents, I see I can only remove her from the other set because this set (thankfully) is locked...
Finding a good reference tree/source is difficult.

And hoping this is the correct parents for her/

In the profile for Capt. Robert Hicks, Indian Trader are these notes:

So the action you need to take is -

1) write into Elizabeth’s about the name of her father. Until you do that, there’s no progress

2) add Roberts 2nd wife Frances.

We don’t know explicitly from the notes so far which wife was her mother, it looks like.

Sorry I’ll add the 2nd wife so as to retain the family relationship lock.

I keep seeing folks use Bluegrass Messenger website and so many bad trees that is seems to make more seto than to just keep the ones that have a relationship lock unless we know for sure.

Yes, I know Luten is the other Robert's wife. Lutens is mine.
Winnifred is not, as far as I know now

Winifred Evans is likely the mother of Elizabeth (Hicks) Lanier.

What makes you think the MP relationship locked & notated tree is not correct?

Erica Howton,if you look at the merge link I shared here, you will see she was merged with another ELizabeth Hicks Lanier and they had the other parents showing.

Cynthia Curtis, A183502, US7875087 When relationships are locked it doesn’t matter if the mother is listed wrong. She drops off in the merge or is absorbed into the RL locked MP.

So this was in fact exactly as I would have merged. Or I would have disconnected the wrong mother after the merge.

The important part is to write her parents into the “About.” Once that’s done I can lock Elizabeth.
