This is verification that both Sarah and Elizabeth, 2nd and 3rd wives of the MacGruder immigrant who settled in Maryland -- were born Hawkins. I think these facts ought to be included on their Geni profiles.
Elizabeth's mother, Hester Hawkins was married to Capt. John Hawkins and I think it is reasonable to assume that wife Sarah was her sister, especially in light of the fact that no other parentage has been suggested for her. Yet these obvious connections have not been made for them here.
