See Dix-19 profile on wikitree for detailed sourcing with links and Anderson's complete proof of the information below. In summary:
1. Edward Dix of Watertown was first married to Jane Unknown (NOT Wilkinson) and then to Susanna Unknown. That's it and it's proven by Watertown vital records and Edward's will; Susanna was his wife when he died. NOT Deborah Dix.
2. Jane's last name at birth was unknown and was almost certainly NOT Wilkinson. Edward Dix "of Gravesend" and Jane Wilkinson immigrated TO VIRGINIA in June 1635 on the "Thomas & John". They did NOT immigrate to New England. Edward Dix of Watertown first appeared there (married to Jane) in 1630 as a member of church in Boston meaning he was already at least 25 and likely older by that date. He was nowhere near 19 in 1635, the year that 19-year old Edward Dix immigrated to Virginia. Did Edward of Virginia have anything to do with Jane Wilkinson of Virginia? Nobody knows.
3. There WAS a Deborah Unknown Dix of Watertown who moved to Connecticut with 3 young children and then married Robert Barnes. She WAS NOT married to Edward Dix of Watertown as proven above by Edward's own will naming Susan as his wife. Plus, the names of Deborah's children and the names (and number) of Edward's children are different. was Deborah's "Dix" husband a relative of Edwards? Nobody knows.
So there was no "Deborah Jane" or "Susan Deborah"; Jane, Susan and Deborah were 3 separate people' the first two were proven married to Edward Dix and the third was married to an unknown but different Dix. Jane was not "Wilkinson", the last name at birth of all three of these women is unknown.
You have some work ahead to split and correct these people, but hopefully the information on wikitree will help you. I also linked to Bond's work on Watertown including his second edition where he corrected his initial speculation about Edward Dix in agreement with what I've written above and I also linked to the (proven wrong) "Fornham-Farnham...etc" privately published genealogy which claimed that Deborah was married to Edward Dix. No sources, and he ignored or was unaware of all the proven facts about Edward such as his will.
