Shows her father was Miles de Courcy the son of John de Courcy and Affreca (Godredsdottir) . Anyone know what is correct?

Another strong source - Complete Peerage of England, Scotland, Ireland, Great Britain and ..., Volume 4 edited by George Edward Cokayne shows that Miles de Courcy was the son of John (the Younger) de Courcy of Rathenny & Kilbarrock who was the son of John de Courcy, Conqueror of Ulster.

From the Journal of the County Kildare Archaeological Society. by County Kildare :County Kildare Archaeological Society, County Kildare Archaeological Society and The Complete Peerage of England, Scotland, Ireland, Great Britain and the United Kingdom, Extant, Extinct, Or Dormant Volume 4 . It shows Katherine is the daughter of Miles de Courcy & Joanna de Cogan, who was the son of John the Younger de Courcy of Rathenny & Kilbarrock who's father wasJohn de Courcy, Conqueror of Ulster . It looks like Anne Brannen is the one who changed her parents back to John de Courcy and Affreca (Godredsdottir). John de Courcy and Affrica Guðrøðardóttir had no children together. It doesn't look like any other sources have been added to the profile to support her parents being John de Courcy and Affrica Guðrøðardóttir.
I'm going to have to drop this for a while, and attend to something else, but here are some of the issues (what's going on is that several generations have gotten mistakenly put in wrong places):
1) Katherine de Courcy was born 1205.
2) the Miles de Courcy who is at the moment her father was born in 1286 - Miles de Courcy
3) His dad could chronologically be his father, but since he spent all his time in Ireland, and this Miles was born in Wales, that's odd - John de Courcy
4) but whoever his dad is, it can't be the John de Courcy that he was attached to earlier -- John de Courcy -- because he was dead decades before this Miles was born.
4) and THAT John de Courcy is at the moment attached to a father who also was dead decades before he was born.
So the generations need to get untangled.
Ok!
The upshot of all this is that Katherine has been detached from the Miles de Courcy who can't be her father -- as far as I can tell the Miles de Courcy who WAS her father isn't in the Tree at this time -- and I haven't put him in, as I can't figure out whose son he was.
But at least a woman born in 1205 doesn't have a father born in 1286. So there's that.
