Adam, I have tested Y DNA and it is uploaded to geni.com. If you look at my profile you will see it under the DNA tab. A cousin of mine descended from my great great great grandfather Dawid Icek Margules also tested using FTDNA but has not linked to geni. He is a Y-DNA match to me- we both tested to 67 markers although I went farther with SNPs and had a terminal sub-clade until the most recent update.

There are quite a few sub-branches to V13 if I'm reading the haplotree correctly. Have you done the BY700? If so and V13 is your most terminal finding, then you're where you want to be. But if you have a more recent hg result, you may want to update the result to GENI (as you probably know, have to disconnect and reconnect accounts to get the latest group on to GENI).
