The image on the profile page cannot be Pietro Cesare Alberti; he died in his 40s, in New Amsterdam, and would have had no access to such a portrait artist (nor the money to commission such a portrait).
I believe the portrait is of the much older Cesar Cremonini (1550-1631), a philosopher who lived and died in Italy: http://www.libros-books-amazonia.com/2016/12/biografia-de-cesare-cr... His name can be partly seen in the caption at the bottom of the painting.
The image is beginning to be attached to numerous sketches for Alberti around the web, and I think it's highly misleading.

I don’t know about a profile for Cesar Cremonini - it took me quite a while just to figure out the actual subject of the portrait. As to a replacement profile photo - perhaps the commemorative stone at Battery Park in NYC - the date is probably not quite right on it (June 2 for his arrival in New Amsterdam) but it’s close enough. I think it may already be attached to the profile?
I have never seen a representation of Pietro or his wife in all the years ive been doing this. And, as to the ones being used are laughable to say the least. Many people assume way to much with no evidemce. Oh well it hsppens but.its
