cf -https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Constantine_Palaiologos_(Papal_Guard) (...-1508) [( ...-1543) Ita & Greek]
..Constantine died in obscurity[7] and he is not known to have had any children.[5]
Andreas' only son, Constantine Palaiologos, the last male heir of the Roman Imperial line traceable back to Julius Caesar, died in 1508 as a common soldier in Rome – a fitting end to fifteen centuries of Roman Imperators.[1]
to better understand the reading, I have TEXT-TAG the notes inserted on Jakov Palaiologos .
so if I interpret it well Jakov Palaiologos

Sharon Doubell, the text referred to by Livio says that
21. Ilya Grigorievich Martynov (Iliya Martynov ) was a son of the 2nd marriage of Grigori Fedorovich (Григорий Фёдорович Мартынов) and his wife Anastasia Maximovna (Анастасия Максимовна Мартынова). He had a brother Boris (Борис Григорьевич Мартынов). The brothers inherited land (about 200 ha) from their father. Ilya died on November 5, 1722 and was buried in Moscow, near St. Peter and Paul Church.
Ilya was married to Fekla Ivanovna Palolog (Fekla "Palaiologos" ), daughter of Ivan Nikiforovich (Иван Никифорович Палеолог). She died on August 13, 1725
Her father, Ivan Nikiforovich Paleolog, born in 1650, was a direct descendant of one the brothers of Sofia Paleolog, wife of prince Ioann (Ivan) III Vasilievich (Grand Prince of all Rus' Ivan III Vasilievich Рюрикович, Rurikid ). Yakov Paleolog burnt in Rome in 1585 was a great-grandfather of Ivan Nikiforovich.
Hope this helps
Livio Scremin and Sharon Doubell, Yakov is now part of the WFT. Dates in some profiles in-between need to be verified though.
