This line of mine is being worked on...it is not correct per a Cousin that contacted me recently. Just ignore it until it is fixed please. Disregard anything after my William T. Bostic for now. I am waiting on this Cousin to reply to my email, and on a researcher.

I think Rosannah Hale Bostic married Floyd Bostick and simply needs disconnected from Floyd B. Bostic

Probably...from that perspective, but on my end it needs more work. Because again, paid researcher evidently screwed this line of mine up as well. This was my line to Pocahontas and it is incorrect on my end.

HE does not lead to Matoaka. SHE does.

Yes, sorry for the confusion...but im not sure she does. I got her marriage license yesterday to both Thomas Hail, and Floyd Bostic. Trying to find more to make sure these Rosannahs are one and the same. Because when she married Floyd she was a Murray, but when she married Hail she was a Denne. And this Cousin that contacted me said that Rosanna was not the mother of my William. She sure is unless she had one child, my William by another man, and then had another child back with Mr. Hail. In other words my William is born between 2 Brothers...so it was as my researcher had it, that he was the child of same as the others. She also has her maiden name as Denne, not Murray. Its quite a mess actually. So hopefully we get it fixed soon. Are you saying Rosannah Denne goes to Matoaka?

She married Hale first. Bostic second.

There are many public trees that list the woman that married Hail and Bostic as the daughter of James and Martha.

A Martha Ward daughter of James Murray and Anne Bolling is the third great granddaughter of Pocahontas.
This Martha is known to have married a James Murray. The couple are names in many references (books…)

Martha Murray was added to the Big tree by Bjorn P. Bronx. No doubt she is their daughter. You added the husband James and one child Rosanna.

If Rosanna is the daughter of Martha and James Bolling Murray then she is a forty great granddaughter: https://www.geni.com/path/Rosannah-Hale-Bostic+is+related+to+Pocaho...

If she is a Denne, I don’t know who she is.

Addi my a family group rather than just one child is always helpful especially when working with DNA cousins.

I am away from home and not actively working on the line right now but will likely revisit from time to time as I connect the dots for my paternal Webber grandmother who is descended from this Ward line

Thumbs on an iPhone- sorry.
“Adding a family group rather than just one child”

Well i know Rosannah Murray married Floyd Bostic...i dont know where i got that B from because the marriage record i have does not say Floyd B. I have both of these marriage licenses from Rosanna and Hale, and Rosannah and Bostic. From what i can tell Rosannah is the mother of my William and named one of his daughters after her. Still digging to see if i can find a marriage license for Murray. Im not ready to change the parents from Murray and Ward yet bc my Mom is dna matching both. Ive seen researchers get this wrong before. If you will look through discussions you should be able to see where this lady Beth Streu says my line is something that its not. I am not a good researcher, i get way to frustrated, thats why i have hired researchers to do my tree. A couple of them have made messes, actually just one.

He is Floyd B in the 1850 census.
Someone probably knows what the B is for
