Looking to find sources for Jacob Delp and Jacob Joseph Delp

Are they both sons of Peter Delph, Sr. and Eveline K “Eva” Delp
They have been confused at Findagrave and this has been discussed at Wikitree but I wonder if they are siblings?

Husband of Elizabeth has two FAG memorials and the man who married Alley Bird has none. His memorial was removed.

I have received an email from one of the Findagrave memorial managers and am working to discern between the two sons showing as husband of Elizabeth as well as the husband for Alley who is not attached.
