Catharina "Groote Catrijn" van Paliacatta, SM/PROG - Ethnicity of Groote Catrijn" van Paliacatta -Possibly Portuguese or Spanish?

Now that so many of us have taken DNA tests, I´m wondering if this may allude to the possibility that Groote Catrijn may have had Spanish or Portuguese origins. In a document the word "Moorish" has been used as a description for her.
As a direct descendant I have a result of 2.8% Iberian ethnicity. My brother who also tested has 10.7% and a 1st cousin (also a direct descendant) has 4.1% Iberian ethnicity.
This Iberian heritage appears puzzling as I cannot account for it in any of my family history.
I am wondering if any other descendants of "Groote Catrijn" van Paliacatta" also have Iberian ethnicity that they are unable to explain?
