Researching way back Babingtons.......Ancestors of Angel Babiington which traces back to Richard Babinton 1523......Research and data on the Babingtons at this time are quite confusing. I have got Edwin B 1585 married to Francisca Cockes, he had brother Bryan and brother Richard 1583. Their father was Rt Rev. Brutus Babington 1558......but it is the number of Richards which are behind Brutus which I am finding just a tad confusing. Some sites say that Richard 1523 had father John, but I understood that his father was also Richard, and that John was the name of his Uncle.. Some sites say that John was married to Margaret Croxton, and other say it was Richard...... I have the rest of the lines secure down to Kenneth Forbes Davison
