Look at your info above. Helen McLennan gave birth to 7 children, you are correct in saying that, however, I read somewhere , where you said Hugh died in Wellington, NZ.

On the Sailing ship "Pomona" with their 6 children. NOTICE you said 6 children not 7! My research states that Hugh remained in Scotland while the rest of the family sailed to NZ on the Pomona.

I have copies of Roderick and Helen McLennan death certificates. They both died in 1898, like you said, however, they died 5 months apart.

I believe i\f you are going to put info on the computer, it should be 100% correct.

Donald Gillies was Christened in 1851, not born in 1851 under the name of Donald Gillies! He was born on the Bussorah Merchant Sailing Ship, not Geelong. I haven't found his registered birth on the ship or in Australia. I have a very poor copy of his Christening Paper or certificate. It states he was Christened 1951 in a Roman Catholic Church.

My grandfather was NOT born in 1880 like the gravestone states. Click on the info and the right year comes up.
