In my opinion, his father was Richard Bletso, a blacksmith of Northamptonshire, mother Isabella as listed on the probated will.

Richard Bletsoe, of Archester was most likely a different Richard-

George Bledsoe who migrated to Virginia is not from the Richard of Archester lineage, the paper trail doesn't support.

2. his baptism record list Lewis and Isabell Bletsoe (Pridmore) as parents not William- also listed on Lewis Will.
