Forteith Mormaer of Strathearn - Family Connections

I was searching Geni for this person and found this one as well:

Ferteth, Earl or Mormaer of Strathearn

I'm thinking the two must be related since they have the same name but their dates don't work for them to be the same person to merge.

The link I shared, his mother was named Rosabella Forteith and it would make sense if he named a daughter after his mother. So 'maybe' these two are the same person and the dates just aren't correct on

Ferteth was the son of his predecessor Malise I, and Rosabella Forteith

I just think it's more than coincidence that Forteth / Forteith's mother was named Rosabella and this profile shows him with a daughter named Roseablle.

However, the Wikipedia page doesn't list such a daughter the Forteth whose link I shared. So I'm just trying to figure out what the connection between these profilesl might be.
