I’ve linked Elizabeth as sister of Mary Royall based on notes at https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Unknown-558997, although they have not linked profiles there. They describe the property transactions of her children, all calling Joseph Royall their uncle, which led to her designation as “Royall?” in genealogical literature. Summary of the Wikitree article below:
?Royall?
[[Elizabeth Warren Elizabeth Warren] Elizabeth (___?___) (Barlow) (Coombs) Warren] had children by three husbands. Children by all three husbands called Joseph Royall an uncle. This would indicate that Joseph was her brother or brother-in-law (the husband of Elizabeth's sister). Joseph was married to a woman named Mary, whose surname is also unknown.
Joseph Ryall was the son of [[William Royall William Royall] and Phebe Royall Phebe Green]. William and Phebe Green had no child named Elizabeth.[5]

Conclusion
Evidence indicates that Elizabeth was the sister of Mary (_______), the wife of Joseph Royall. Their surname is unknown and their parentage is unknown. Elizabeth was probably born between 1634 and 1639, based on the birth of her first child in 1657. There is a possibility she was born in Massachusetts, but could have been born in England also.
