Based on the notes in the Profile, there should be 15 children across his two marriages:

Daughter b. 1810 -- either Baby Young or Rachel Ann Waskom (or both)
Rev William Henry Harrison Young b. 11/23/1812
Solomon Young b. 4/24/1815
Susan W Sturgeon b. abt 1817
and Andrew Jackson Young b. 1819.

Children with Catherine Young:
Martha Emily Young b. 1832
and Hettie Powell b. 1835.

Hence these profiles are questionable:
Rachel Winningham - born 1782. Private Jacob Young, Jr would have been 18. He purportedly married a decade later.
Private Jacob Young, Jr born 1973, the year Jacob married.
Jackson Young -- clearly a dupe, I will merge.
John Landis Young -- not mentioned elsewhere ....
Mary Landis Hobbs -- probably the same as Mary Landis Hobbs
Baby Young -- any evidence for this profile? same as Rachel Ann Waskom, perhaps?
Susan W Sturgeon -- there's another Susan born a decade later...

Several merges later, this looks a little better.

John Landis Young most likely the actual son, John B Young -- born in 1792, before Jacob was married? -- is most likely not his child.
