Mary Kincaid (Caldwell?) - Who were her parents?

The document suggests that Mary Caldwell, daughter of Samuel Caldwell, married Andrew Kincaid. Witness: Walter Caldwell (her brother? Other relative?)

So her identity is certain and that study seems correct.

I'll move her to daughter of that Samuel and his wife Ann Caldwell and detach from Samuel Caldwell, Sr. & Sarah Kincaid

That leaves Walter Caldwell with some ambiguity.

And, perhaps it's just the Sarah Kincaid wife who is misplaced, and Samuel Caldwell, Sr. is in fact the same person as Samuel Caldwell, Sr.?

This Walter Caldwell (born 1777) cannot have been the Walter who witnessed Andrew Caldwell's permission for daughter Mary to marry. This Walter (b. 1777) could have been the brother of Mary (b. 1759), but could not have signed as a baby. :). So, there is an older man, Walter Caldwell, somewhere in this Caldwell family.

It looks like Sarah Kincaid daughter of Christian Rhinehart and Harriet Rhinehart was a (possible) wife of Samuel Kincaid, Sr. and not a known wife of Samuel Caldwell, Sr.

I've detached him and merged the Samuel Caldwell who died 1790 in Greenbrier into Mary (Caldwell) Kincaid's father.

I think it's a confusion of Samuels, and would complete the Caldwell family cleanup.

If I'm wrong about this, the merge can be reverted.
