Yes, there is a marriage record for an Elizabeth Hartding and a Samuel Higgins:

Entry for Samuel Higgins and Elizabeth Harding, 12 Mar 1740.

If one acceptsthis record as representing a second marriage for Elizabeth Higgins and a third marriage of Samuel, then Elizabeth lived beyond 1740.

Wikitree includes Samuel Higgins as Elizabeth Harding's second husband...his third wife:
"Samuel was again widowed; his third wife was Elizabeth Harding, whom he married in 1739-40, with whom he had no children." — Citing:
Higgins, Katharine. Richard Higgins: A Resident and Pioneer Settler at Plymouth (K.C. Higgins, Worcester, Mass., 1918) p 85. This research is mentioned positively in the entry on Richard Higgins in The Great Migration Begins (pp. 928-932).
