Besides this Sigismund has already been once disconnected from this line so someone has connected him recently back into it and made his farmer mother a princess and wife of Johann Georg von Hohenzollern... Ridiculous.

Livio Scremin I saw you have done some work on these profiles, do you agree that this Sigismund has nothing to do with the Hohenzollern that he has been connected to as thrir son? Nor has his mother anything to do with the Hohenzollern either...nor was she a princess, I am confident.

the problem is that not everyone knows that this type of site is mainly for looking for contemporary relatives... as you go up in the centuries it loses all reliability... until you see real fantasies in the early Middle Ages. Here, I really wouldn't know how to make myself useful.

FFS!!!!! Why does it seem to be so hard for some to understand this is a one world tree and that fake genealogy should be kept out of it. Deleted my last comment because of severe typos..am on phone.

We should have somekind of policy, likie wikitree(even if there are errors too) where in order to tougch some profiles pre 1800's or pre1700' and pre 1500's one should complete somekind of a test. Adding stuff from sites like Familysearch tto profiles pre 1600's at least, should be banned! We have real source literature for that as is known by real genealogists all over the world. I am sure we will start to find a huge mess of DUP'S...whole branches if not entire trees very soon. I think I have bumped into some but was on a different mission then so I didn't investigate properly.
