Back in the day, parents are usually married before they have children!
First son, Petter Edvard Pettersen DOB is 11 Apr 1826 (6 Apr 1826) and their date of marriage is said to be 15 Jun 1842 • Vallset,Hedmark,Norway

Do I have the correct parents/father? Do I have the correct children?

What do you have for his parents and their marriage date? I have Peder Pedersen + Helene Eriksdatter and another option for date of marriage to be of 16 Apr 1826 in Berg Kirke, Smaalenenes... (I speak Norwegian too if that is easier)
